Scrape any careers page. Get a structured job feed. I run a niche motorsport job board called FluidJobs.com. Getting started was not easy. The thing that nearly killed it wasn't the tech or the SEO or even getting visitors — it was getting jobs content, and enough of it to seem credible at launch. The employers I wanted to feature: Williams F1, Porsche, Electronic Arts, Epic Games, Honda — they don't post to job boards. Their careers pages are custom-built, JS-heavy, and have zero structured data. Services like JBoard have built-in scrapers, but they depend on JSON-LD being in the markup. If it's not there, you're out of luck. So I built YubHub to solve my own problem, and it's turned into something that other job board operators like too. The pipeline detects which ATS platform the employer uses (11 supported so far), then picks the smartest discovery strategy: free API calls where they exist, jobs page discovery and scraping where they don't, or full JS-rendered crawling. Each job gets AI-enriched with structured fields — category, experience level, salary, work arrangement — plus company research and logos. The output is a clean XML feed you can import into pretty much any job board platform. Or use the JSON API. Or the MCP server. Starts free at 50 jobs/mo, scales to 7,500 and higher. —Richard
